A Job Report PDF is a customizable PDF version of the Job Report that can be shared with customers.
Users can toggle on & off what they do & do not want to show on the Job Report PDF (including pictures).

How To Create A Job Report PDF
There are (2) ways to create a Job Report PDF:
From the Job Page in the Reports & Invoices section.
From the Job Report directly.
Creating a Job Report PDF on the Job Page allows you to customize
the sections included on the Job Report PDF.
If you create a Job Report PDF from the Job Report, all information from the Job Report will be aggregated to a PDF that can be sent to the Customer.
To create a Job Report PDF from the Job Page, click the Reports &
Invoices tab → click “GENERATE PDF REPORT”.
Select a Job Report Preset to quickly customize your Job Report PDF with previously saved settings.
Or, toggle on or off sections to include/exclude from the Job Report PDF.
Click “GENERATE JOB REPORT”.
The Report Status will say “Processing”. It will auto refresh once the
Report is ready to view.
To view, download, or print the Job Report PDF, click the hyperlink.
To rename or delete a Job Report PDF, click the three dots on the right
side of the Job Report PDF line and select at option.
To create a Job Report PDF from the Job Report, click the three dots
upper right corner → click “Generate Job Report PDF”.
Click to the Job Page by clicking the “View Job #” under Job
Information at the top of the Job Report.
To view, download, or print the Job Report PDFs, click the hyperlink.
To rename or delete a Job Report PDF, click the three dots on the right
side of the Job Report PDF line and select at option.

How to edit Job report PDF presets?
When you want to modify the info that displays on a Job Report PDF
Select the Job
Click Reports and invoices
Click Generate PDF Report
Job Report PDF Presets will appear, along with toggles for what to display/hide
When ready, click Generate Job Report
Your PDF Job Report will generate in the "Job Report(s)" section of the page. You may need to use the provided refresh arrow next to the title
