How To Create An Invoice Preset
From any Invoice, click the arrow on the right side of the Invoice (next to the email status) to expand the Invoice configuration window.
If there is an existing Invoice preset similar to the one you wish to create, select it from the Invoice Presets box and make any necessary adjustments.
Toggle sections on or off to customize which data to display on the Invoice preset.
A green checkmark means a section is toggled on.
A gray circle means a section is toggled off.
Click “SAVE AS NEW PRESET” once you have adjusted the Invoice preset settings accordingly.
Add an Invoice Preset name.
Choose “UPDATE SELECTED PRESET” if you intend to replace the settings of an existing Invoice Preset.
To rename, duplicate, or remove an Invoice Preset, click the three dots next to its name.
How To Assign An Invoice Preset To A Customer
From the Customer page, click “EDIT” (upper right corner).
Select an Invoice Preset from the Invoice Preset dropdown.
Click “SAVE” (upper right corner).
Verify that the Invoice Preset has been saved to the Customer.
Once saved, any future Invoices created for this Customer will automatically apply the selected preset.

1. Why can’t I see the Invoice preset listed in the dropdown on the Customer page?
Try refreshing the Customer page. If you recently created the preset, BuildOps needs a few minutes to process the save so that the preset appears in other locations in BuildOps.
