reserved items from a Job / Project back to free stock Warehouse.
○ When an item is transferred to a Job / Project, the item will
show the transferred quantity in the ‘Qty Reserved’ column
of a selected warehouse.
● Depending on the choice made, the system will show the
warehouse selector, or the job and warehouse selectors, or the
project and project phase and warehouse selectors.
3. Enter the quantity to transfer
● Specify the quantity of the selected item you would like to
transfer.
● The quantity must be greater than zero but less than available for
transferring from the source specified above.

what to correct.
When clicking Cancel or close, the dialogue will be closed without
processing the transfer.

FAQs
1. ⚠️What happens if I realized I made a mistake after clicking
‘Transfer Items’?⚠️
a. Create a new transfer to offset the mistake. There is no
option to delete, archive or edit a transferred item.
2. Can I export this table or create a custom report with this
information?
a. Both can be done. Click export on the Transfer table & utilize
the Inventory Transfers dataset for reports.
