Things to consider
● When revising a Service Agreement, if you need to make any changes to Step 3 Create Maintenance Plan, you will need to re-do Step 4 Schedule Maintenances.
● If the maintenance scope is changed (e.g., tasks are different, assets are different) and don't delete/skip maintenances before revision, you may have 2 maintenances for the same due date

How To Revise A Service Agreement
1. Navigate to the Service Agreement you wish to revise.
2. Click the three dots (upper right corner) → click “Revise Agreement”
3. Select Maintenances to be Deleted or Skipped.
NOTES:
The notification on this step reads: By revising this agreement, you will be creating new maintenances that may conflict with previously created maintenances. Would you like to skip or delete previously created maintenances and all their related information (e.g., all visits, purchase orders, invoices, etc. related to these maintenances.
Deleting a Maintenance will remove it from the Service Agreement.
Maintenances cannot be deleted if already synced to accounting and or there are visits associated with the Maintenance.
Skipping the Maintenance will change the status to “skipped”.
The Maintenance can be re-opened and rescheduled in the future, if needed.
4. Click “CONTINUE TO REVISION”.
5. The Service Agreement status will change to “Under Revision”.
6. Click “EDIT AGREEMENT”.
Note: Service Agreement Start Date can’t be edited once the agreement is saved as a draft. This is because key data like budgeting and invoicing is based on the start date.
7. Make updates to each step as needed.
NOTE: Navigate quickly to each step by clicking the step headers at the bottom of the page, or use the PREVIOUS STEP or NEXT STEP buttons.
If you need to make any changes to Step 3 Create Maintenance Plan, you will need to re-do Step 4 Schedule Maintenances.
8. Click “SAVE AS DRAFT”.
9. Click “ACTIVATE AGREEMENT”.
10. Click “ACTIVATE AGREEMENT” again to confirm.
11. The Service Agreement status will change to “Active”.
