What we recommend is using the Scan for Line Items feature. This allows you to extract line items from attachments—such as receipts or item lists—uploaded to a purchase order, even after the PO has already been created.
This is especially helpful if your workflow involves itemizing purchase orders at a later stage, as it makes it much easier to update and recognize items directly from scanned documents.
To use this feature:
Upload your receipt or list to the PO’s Attachments tab.
Select the attachment(s).
Click “Scan For Line Items.”
