How do I import additional line items to an existing purchase order?

What we recommend is using the Scan for Line Items feature. This allows you to extract line items from attachments—such as receipts or item lists—uploaded to a purchase order, even after the PO has already been created.

This is especially helpful if your workflow involves itemizing purchase orders at a later stage, as it makes it much easier to update and recognize items directly from scanned documents.

To use this feature:

  1. Upload your receipt or list to the PO’s Attachments tab.

  2. Select the attachment(s).

  3. Click “Scan For Line Items.”
