How to Access the Ticket Portal
Open the Messenger widget on our website by clicking help icon on the top main menu bar of the platform.
Click the Tickets icon or go to this link: Access your tickets
You’ll see a list of all tickets submitted for your company — both open and closed.
If you don’t have access to the ticket portal yet, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and they’ll help get you set up.
Ticket Details You’ll See
Each ticket includes standard information to help you stay updated:
Ticket ID
Ticket Type
Title
Description
Created By (who submitted the ticket)
Creation Date
Ticket State
Assignee (who on our team is handling your case)
Note: These fields are system-standard and cannot be customized.
How to Join a Conversation
Once inside the ticket portal:
Click on any ticket to open and continue conversation
You can read updates, reply directly, or add attachments
