Accessing the Crete ticket portal

  1. Log into any partner site on the BuildOps platform with your Crete email address

  2. Click on the Support ? icon on the top right menu bar

  3. Navigate to Tickets

  4. Click on Looking for your company's tickets to be taken to the portal
    ​

  5. From here you can toggle between your companies and use the filters to narrow down your live search

Monitoring Company-Wide Support Tickets

To gain visibility into all company-wide tickets:

  1. Reach out to [email protected] to request for access.

  2. Once listed as a participant, company tickets will appear in your Tickets View within the BuildOps application.

Troubleshooting

  1. No access to tickets portal message

    1. Your email address must match the email we have associated with the portal, confirm this with the BuildOps team if you are seeing an error message

  2. No tickets section showing in Support widget

    1. This will happen if you haven't submitted any Support inquiries yourself
