New Labor Setting to Control Paid vs Unpaid Breaks on Mobile
You can now control how break time entered on mobile is treated for payroll.
We’ve added a new Enable Unpaid Break setting in Labor Settings that allows you to decide whether mobile break entries are counted as paid or unpaid time.
When this setting is turned on, break entries logged from mobile will be recorded as unpaid Meal Breaks and excluded from allocated and paid time. This behavior also flows through to web timesheets and payroll exports, helping ensure accurate reporting across the platform.
If the setting remains off, break entries will continue to function as paid time, just as they do today.
Technicians do not need to change their workflow. They will continue using the Break button on mobile as usual.
This update gives you more flexibility to align break tracking with your payroll policies while reducing the need for manual adjustments.
This setting is available for customers with auto-time tracking on.

It’s designed to support accurate period-end reviews and help you quickly spot profitability risks or billing gaps.

High-level KPIs for Cost, Billings, Earned Revenue, and Over/Under Billings
A unified WIP view across Quoted and T&M service jobs
Consistent cost-based earned revenue and margin calculations
Clear visibility into billing gaps and over/under billings
Global filters for date range, department, billing customer, and job status
A detailed ReadMe guide included within the dashboard
Renamed Legacy AR Aging Dashboard
To simplify report selection and reduce confusion, we’ve updated the naming and placement of the Legacy AR Aging Dashboard.
What’s Changing:
The Legacy AR Aging Dashboard has been renamed to AR Aging Report – Legacy
It has been removed from the default top-right dropdown in the Dashboard module
It remains accessible in the BuildOps Standard Reports SF folder under Standard Reports – V2
With this update, the top-right dropdown will now display only the latest AR Aging Dashboard versions (with and without retainage), making it easier to select the most current report.
This change helps streamline navigation while still keeping the legacy report available for teams who may need historical or comparison access.
Tenant Name Filters Added to Ops and Finance Dashboards
We’ve added Tenant Name page controls to the Operations and Finance dashboards to better support multi-tenant environments.
What’s New:
New page-level filters for Tenant Name
Available across both Operations and Finance dashboards
These additions make it easier to quickly filter and analyze data by tenant, helping teams working across multiple entities stay organized and focused on the right data set.
