Committed Cost Column in Project Forecast
Forecasting now supports a Committed Cost column, giving Project Managers visibility into committed costs (POs, subcontracts, purchase commitments) directly on the Project Forecast page — no more switching screens to see the full cost picture.
What's new:
A new Committed Cost column can be added to the Project Forecast grid, showing the total committed cost for each budget line without leaving the forecasting screen.
The column is off by default, so your grid stays uncluttered until you turn it on.
Column visibility is controlled per-view via the existing Views/Columns toolbar controls, so you can turn it on just for yourself, or save and default a shared view to standardize it across your team.
How to get started:
Go to the Project Forecast page.
Open the Columns control in the toolbar.
Toggle on Committed Cost.
To make it persistent across all your forecasts: Views dropdown → Save as new preset (or update your current preset) → set that view as default.
This update is live now for all Project Management/Forecasting users. No setup or configuration is required.
