How the Google Calendar Integration Works
If you want selected BuildOps Activities to appear on your calendar, you can connect your Google account and sync them automatically to Google Calendar.
Before you begin
The Google Calendar integration is optional. It's off by default and only becomes active after you connect a Google account.
It's currently available only for customers using CRM+.
You'll need access to the Google account whose calendar you want to connect.
When you create or edit an Activity, your existing Google Calendar events appear in the scheduling view to help you identify scheduling conflicts. These events are only displayed for availability checking — they aren't imported into BuildOps or added to your Activities list.
How to connect Google Calendar
Go to Settings > Preferences > Calendar Integration.
Click Connect Google Calendar.
Sign in to your Google account, review the permissions BuildOps is requesting, and click Allow.
Select the Google Calendar where you want your BuildOps Activities to appear.
Under Activity Types, select each Activity Type you want to sync
Note: After you've selected your Activity Types, syncing happens automatically.
What happens with your data
BuildOps requests the following Google Calendar permissions:
View your calendars and events so your existing Google Calendar events can be shown while you're creating or editing an Activity, helping you identify scheduling conflicts.
Create, edit, and delete events so synced BuildOps Activities can be created and kept up to date on your Google Calendar.
Your Google Calendar event data is fetched only when you open the calendar scheduling view. BuildOps does not store this event data or add it to your Activities list. Google Calendar event data accessed through this integration is not shared with or used by other BuildOps products or features.
Removing the integration
Go to Settings > Preferences > Calendar Integration.
Click Remove.
Removing the integration stops future syncing and removes BuildOps' access to your Google account. Events that were already created on your Google Calendar will remain there. You can reconnect your account at any time by following the connection steps above.

No. It's currently available only for customers using CRM+.

Does BuildOps store my Google Calendar events?
No. Your Google Calendar event data is fetched on demand when you open the scheduling view while creating or editing an Activity. It isn't stored by BuildOps or added to your Activities list.
What happens to synced events if I remove the integration?
