Staying on top of flagged visits is crucial for a smooth workflow. Flagged visits help ensure that no critical issues are overlooked. This guide outlines two simple methods to review flagged visits.
Method 1: Using the Dispatch Board
Access the Dispatch Board
Go to Dispatch → Dispatch Board
Select a Time Frame
Use the date controls at the top to select a specific day or week for flagged visits.
Apply the Flag Filter
Click on the "FLAGGED" filter to display only flagged visits.
Review Flagged Visits
Examine the list to identify what needs attention.
Examine Visit Flag Details
Click on a visit card to see flag details in the Visit Side Panel. Based on the information, take appropriate action.
Access the Job Report
Right-click the visit hyperlink and select "Open in a New Tab" to review the Job Report for more details.
Review Visit Report and Take Action
Scroll down to the Visit Flag section to see required actions. Resolve any flagged issues as needed.
Clear a Visit Flag
Once the issue has been addressed, check the box next to the flag to clear it.
If needed, the action can be undone by re-checking the box.
⚠️ Once a flag is cleared, the visit will no longer appear as flagged on the Dispatch Board or Visit Table.
Method 2: Creating a Flagged Visits Filter
Access the Visit Table
Go to Dispatch → Visits
Create a Filter
Set up a custom filter to show only flagged visits.
Configure the Filter
Set the filter criteria: "Flag for Dispatch" = True
Save the Filter
Click VIEWS → + SAVE AS NEW VIEW
Name it "Flagged Visits" or another relevant title.
Apply the Filter
Use the saved "Flagged Visits" filter to view flagged visits.
Access Job Reports
Click on a visit hyperlink to open the Job Report.
Review the Visit Report and Take Action
Scroll down to the Visit Flag section and resolve any flagged issues.
Clear a Visit Flag
Once resolved, check the box to clear the flag.
You can re-check the box if you need to undo the action.
