Quickly manage time entries without leaving the Job Report.
We now automatically truncate CompanyName field to fit NetSuite’s character limit—helping you avoid sync errors without any manual cleanup.
View and Approve Timesheets from the Job Report
You can now view, edit, and approve submitted time directly from the Job Report—as long as you have the right permission. This update makes it easier to manage time entries without needing to switch over to the Time Tracking module.
Clicking on submitted time in the Job Report will open a modal where you can view, edit, or approve the timesheet—if you have the ‘View Timesheets’ permission.
Clicking the time under “Time Submitted” opens the timesheet modal—if the user has the ‘View Timesheets’ permission.
If you don’t have this permission, you’ll be redirected to Time Tracking module instead.
Users must have the "View Timesheets" permission to access, review, or approve time directly from the Job Report.
