How to Get in Touch with BuildOps Support

Option 1 – Contact Support from the BuildOps web app

You can start a conversation with Support team from inside BuildOps. This will open a Support thread that our team handles through our email and ticketing system.

  1. Log in to your BuildOps web account.

  2. At the top, click the ? button

  3. From any page, look to the bottom‑right corner for the Messages panel.

  4. Click the Messages tab (chat bubble icon).

  5. Click Ask a question to start a new conversation.

Fin, our AI, may be able to assist with your questions. If you’d prefer to speak with a human agent, just let Fin know and your request will be routed to a support team member.

Option 2 – Email BuildOps Support directly

When you email us, please include as many of the details below as possible. This helps us troubleshoot quickly and reduce back‑and‑forth questions.

Option 3 – Call BuildOps Support

You can also call BuildOps Support directly at 323‑487‑8882.


What to expect after you contact Support

  • Your message creates a Support case in our system.

  • A Support specialist reviews the details, may ask follow‑up questions, and begins troubleshooting.

  • If engineering investigation is needed, Support will escalate internally and keep you updated on progress.

For urgent, high‑impact issues, please clearly state the urgency and business impact in your message so we can prioritize appropriately.
