A Technician Report is the technician’s record of what happened on-site during a Visit. It is filled out by the technician and can be revised in the Mobile App at any point up until it has been edited/reviewed by the office in BuildOps web.
Technicians can:
Add photos
Record materials used
Write a Visit summary
Submit time
Capture a customer’s signature
This report bridges any communication gaps between the technician and the office, ensuring all information is recorded, organized, and easy to access/reference.
