Bill data in BuildOps now stays in sync with Intacct to ensure better consistency and fewer manual updates.

Easily exclude invoices from export while keeping them in Job Costing.

Improved asset creation, a centralized directory, and advanced tracking features designed to help your team manage assets with greater consistency and ease.

Intacct Integration: Issued By Date Readback in Two-Way Matching

What’s new:
We’ve improved how BuildOps syncs bill data with Intacct for users on Two-Way Matching.

With this update, the Issued By date on bills in BuildOps will now automatically match the date from Intacct—helping you maintain better consistency across systems without needing manual adjustments. This is especially helpful when reviewing or reconciling transactions, as it ensures both platforms are aligned—even when bills are created on different dates in Intacct.

How it works:
When bills are read back from Intacct, BuildOps will now:

  • Automatically pull the Issued By date from Intacct

  • Sync any changes in the background approximately every 5 minutes

  • Help reduce confusion or errors caused by date mismatches.

This feature is available by default for Intacct users. If you'd prefer to have it turned off, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

ComputerEase Integration: New Bypassed Status for Invoices

What’s new: Bypassed status is now available for Invoices in BuildOps.

  • Invoices marked as Bypassed will:

    • Be included in Job Costing

    • Be excluded from the XML export to ComputerEase

  • This eliminates the need to mark the invoice as "Posted" and manually remove it from the XML

This is available for ComputerEase integration users.
