Download, export, and email invoices faster than ever.
You can now manage multiple invoices at once with our Bulk Actions feature. This update allows you to:
Bulk download invoices (as a single PDF or multiple files)
Bulk export invoices to your accounting integration
Bulk email service agreement invoices
No more clicking through invoices one by one. This feature saves you time and helps streamline your billing process.
How it works
From the Invoices table, simply select multiple invoices and choose your preferred action under the Bulk Actions dropdown.
Download
Download selected invoices as single or multiple PDF files.
Up to 50 invoices can be downloaded at once.
Export to Accounting
Export selected invoices in bulk to your connected accounting system.
Up to 100 invoices per export.
Email (Service Agreement Invoices Only)
Invoices that are tied to Service Agreements are eligible.
A warning message will appear if any of the selected invoices can’t be emailed in bulk, so you’ll know right away which ones aren’t eligible.
To use bulk emailing for recurring invoices, certain fields in the Service Agreement’s invoice email setup must be completed.
If incomplete, the system will block the bulk email and mark the invoice as "Information Missing."
