Usability Enhancements Across Projects and Purchasing
We’ve introduced a series of updates to make navigating, finding information, and managing project data smoother and more intuitive across the Projects and Purchasing modules.
What’s New:
Frozen Headers in Finance Tables
Finance table headers now stay visible as you scroll, making it easier to track values across large datasets.
Clickable Links in Finance Tables
You can now click directly into line items such as POs, CORs, Bills, and DRs to open them in a new tab without losing your place in the finance table.
New “Project Manager” Column in Purchase Orders
A new column for Project Manager has been added to PO tables in both the Projects and Purchasing modules, providing quick visibility into ownership.
Improved Sorting for Project Dropdowns
Project-related dropdowns are now sorted alphabetically for easier navigation.
(Note: some dropdowns still use logical sorting based on workflow order. For example, Change Order Status.)The Cost Code dropdown is now searchable, numerically ordered, and supports multi-select without closing the menu after each selection.
Performance Improvements on the Dispatch Board Bottom Tray
We’ve re-engineered the Dispatch Board bottom tray to deliver a faster, smoother experience for dispatchers managing large volumes of visits. The tray now loads data significantly faster and stays responsive even when displaying heavy workloads - helping you make scheduling updates with ease.
What’s New:
Improved performance: Load times and scrolling responsiveness are now dramatically improved.
Smarter data handling: The bottom tray efficiently handles large datasets without freezing or lagging.
Enhanced usability: View, edit, and manage visits with near-instant updates.
Saved View Notice
A small number of saved filters may not apply correctly after the update. If this happens, you’ll see a warning message on the affected saved view.
To fix it:
Delete the filter.
Reapply it.
Save the view again and it’ll work as expected.
If you need non-admin users to be able to make changes to public saved views, you can now enable the new “Update Public Saved Views” permission under the General category:
This enhancement is being rolled out gradually.

Clearer Presentation of Property Tasks on Job Report PDFs
Property-level tasks on Job Report PDFs are now clearly grouped under a dedicated “Property Tasks” header, improving readability and making reports look more professional.
What’s New:
Previously, property tasks appeared under asset-style headers filled with placeholders like “N/A | N/A - N/A | N/A,” which could be confusing when no asset information was linked.
Now, these tasks appear neatly under a new, clearly labeled “Property Tasks” section.
This change helps customers and internal teams easily distinguish property-level work from asset-related work.

Exclude Invoiced Items from Job Report PDFs
You can now generate cleaner and more focused Job Report PDFs by choosing to hide invoiced line items. This update helps service managers review only the remaining work and materials before invoicing, making it much easier to confirm what’s still pending.
A new toggle “Show Invoiced Line Items” has been added to the Job Report PDF settings. When turned off, the report automatically filters out any labor or materials that have already been invoiced.
This improvement is especially useful for jobs split across multiple invoices. By removing previously billed items, the report stays clear and easy to review, helping teams avoid confusion, streamline internal process, and ensure billing accuracy before finalizing invoices.
New Standard Report: Project Analysis Dashboard
The Project Analysis Dashboard is now available in the Standard Reports dropdown!
This new dashboard gives you a clear, consolidated view of your project’s financial health. It provides a comprehensive month-by-month breakdown of project billing, costs, and profitability, helping you track financial progress, assess overbilling or underbilling, and monitor overall performance with ease.
What’s New:
The dashboard consolidates key financial metrics into one intuitive view so stakeholders can easily:
Monitor project progress against financial goals
Evaluate cost efficiency and spending trends
Identify overbilling and underbilling scenarios
Analyze profitability and cash flow performance
Dashboard Sections:
Monthly Billings — View billed amounts by month and cumulative totals.
Monthly Costs — Track project costs across labor, equipment, material, and subcontractors.
% Billed vs % Cost — Compare how much of your budget is billed versus spent.
Overbilled/Underbilled — Identify whether projects are ahead or behind in billing.
Profitability — Evaluate budgeted vs. actual profit to measure financial performance.
The dashboard includes ‘Project Number’ and ‘As of Date’ filters to help you focus on specific projects and time periods.
A built-in readme section is also available to guide you through data sources, navigation, and metric calculations for better interpretation.
New Standard Report: Sales Credit Report (CRM+ Reloaded)
The Sales Credit Report provides clear visibility into sales opportunities, their financial performance, and how sales credit is distributed among representatives based on their individual contributions to each sale.
This report makes it easier to measure performance and calculate commissions accurately by reflecting weighted contributions across projects and Service Agreements. It offers a transparent and data-driven view of how sales efforts translate into revenue, empowering teams to track results fairly and consistently.
Note: This report is available to customers with CRM+ Reloaded enabled.
New Confidence Filter Added to Opportunity Reports (CRM+ Reloaded)
A new Confidence Filter has been added to all opportunity-based reports, giving users greater control over which opportunities appear in their results.
You can now set minimum and maximum confidence levels to focus only on the opportunities that match your desired range. This makes it easier to refine sales analysis, prioritize high-confidence deals, and forecast more accurately.
