Photo and Attachment Reliability
This release improves photo uploads and attachment workflows so technicians and office teams can rely on the photos captured in the field.
What’s new
Project Files photos display correctly on desktop
Photos added to Project Files from the mobile app now upload in a format that desktop browsers can display. Photos continue to upload at full resolution on supported devices.
Clearer guidance for photos stored in iCloud
If a selected photo is stored only in iCloud and cannot be downloaded to the device, the app now displays a clear message instead of a technical error. The message explains that the photo could not be added and recommends connecting to Wi-Fi or opening the photo in the Photos app before trying again.
Where to find it
Projects → open a project → Files → add a photo

How to enable
No action is required. The photo upload and iCloud messaging improvements are available automatically with Mobile 3.81.0.
Better Control Over Pricing Visibility
This release gives you more consistent control over the information that technicians see when adding recommendations.
What’s new
Pricing visibility follows role permissions
The Parts and Materials card on Recommendation details now follows the existing Financials > Financial Data permission.
If a technician’s role does not include View Price Data, the extended line amount is hidden. Users whose roles include View Price Data continue to see this information.
This provides more consistent control over pricing visibility in the mobile app.

Easier Project Access and Submittal Updates
This release makes it easier for technicians to find their assigned projects, view important Submittal Package notes, and open property details directly from a visit.
What’s new
See assigned projects more easily
The Projects list now shows the projects assigned to the current user, helping technicians focus on their active work instead of scrolling through unrelated projects.
Show Submittal Package notes on mobile
Office users can now make important package-level notes available to technicians in the mobile app.
When creating or editing a Submittal Package note in the web app, select Show on Mobile. The note’s subject and content then appear in the Submittal Package details on mobile. Notes that are not marked Show on Mobile remain hidden from mobile users.
