Forms

Copy & Rename

What’s new: For users on Forms V3, Mobile users no longer have to search and re-add the same Form multiple times. Now, they can quickly copy and rename forms within a Visit, saving time and reducing repetitive work.

Tap the three dots in the top-right corner to find the Copy Form option.

Simplified Form Import with No Field Limits

What’s new: For users on Forms V2, the two options to “Import with fields” and “Import only PDF” have been replaced with one single “Import” button. Now, all forms import with fields automatically, and the 100-field limit has been removed, so you can bring in as many fields as you need.

Assets

New Admin Setting: Select All

What’s new: Admins can now disable the "Select All" option for Assets. You can choose to remove this option from technicians selecting everything by mistake, making asset records more accurate.

Go to Settings > Mobile Settings and turn off "Allow technicians to Select All assets" to remove the option

Construction Projects: Cost Code Validation

What’s new: For new construction project timesheets, only Phase, Department, and Cost Code options that match the project budget will be shown in the mobile app. This keeps costs from showing up as "undefined" in Project Finance and makes sure labor is billed to the right part of the budget—without putting the burden on crews to figure it out.

  • Phase: Only Phases listed in the project budget will be available.

  • Department: Only Departments tied to the selected Phase will show up.

  • Cost Code: Only Cost Codes linked to the selected Phase and Department will appear.

A Cost Code will only appear if Labor Hours or Labor Rate has a value—even if that value is 0.

Note if both fields are left blank, field employees will be unable to select a Phase, Department, and Cost Code, preventing them from completing timesheets.

Example of which Cost Codes will and will not show in the mobile app based on project budget details.

  • Equipment WILL show because it has a Labor Hours value, even if it's 0.

  • Labor - Labor WILL show because it has values for both Labor Hours and Labor Rate.

  • Materials - Materials WILL NOT show because both Labor Hours and Labor Rate are blank.
