What’s new:
We’ve improved Auto Time Tracking to help technicians submit more accurate timesheets.
Previously, timesheets submitted from mobile included all visits for the day — even ones that were incomplete or hadn’t started yet.
With this update, only completed visits will be included when submitting timesheet.
This change helps ensure time records are accurate and prevents confusion caused by partial or missing entries.
No action is required on your end — just update to the latest mobile version 3.63.1 to start using the improved process.
