Submit Feedback Directly from the Mobile App

We want to hear from you! Whether it’s something you love or something that could be better, your input helps us improve the app and make it work better for your team.

We’ve added a Submit Feedback option to the mobile navigation drawer so technicians can now easily share their experience.

Improved Project Timesheets Experience on Mobile

We’ve made several improvements to how time entries are displayed and managed on mobile to make it easier for your crew to view, edit, and track time accurately.

Updated Crew Time Totals in Daily Reports

  • You’ll now see the total hours for each technician across the entire day, not just the time added within that specific report.

Crew Time Summary View

The Crew Time Summary now gives a clearer breakdown of time entries per technician. You’ll see total hours rolled up by Phase/Department/Cost Code, with the option to expand and view the specific timesheet entries.

What You’ll Notice:

  • Roll-up of total hours per crew member and job breakdown.

  • Clear labels for each timesheet’s source: Daily Report or Project Visit.

  • Only actual hours are shown. Timesheets with 0.00 hour are excluded.

Clearer Timesheet Source Labels

Timesheets now clearly show whether they were created from a Daily Report or a Project Visit, making it easier for your team to understand where time entries are coming from.

Smarter Form Saving

We’ve made some behind-the-scenes improvements to enhance your workflow when working with Forms in the mobile app.

What You’ll Notice:

  • Saving a Form no longer closes it, so you can continue editing without needing to reopen it.

  • Photo uploads now work more smoothly when offline — if you lose connectivity, your photo and form data will be cached and synced automatically once you’re back online.

Note: These updates apply to customers using the latest version of Forms. (Forms V3)

View Job Description & Property History When Creating Visits on Mobile

Previously, technicians and dispatchers encountered limitations when creating Visits via the mobile app, particularly during after-hours workflows. Key context such as Job details and Property history was not readily available, resulting in a less streamlined experience.

How This Update Helps:

We’ve improved both the Create Visit and Create Job & Visit flows in the mobile app to guide users more smoothly.

  • Job Descriptions are now visible when searching for Jobs

  • Property History is available while creating the Job

Property History is available while creating the Job

Smart Visit Recap for Technicians

Accessing historical job information previously required technicians to manually open and review each past visit.

With this update, Technicians using the mobile app can now view summarized details from previous visits directly within the Job and Visit screens.

This provides immediate context to support faster and more informed decision-making while in the field.

  • On the Visit screen, the most recent prior visit is displayed by default.

  • On the Job screen, a summary of multiple previous visits is provided. The number of visits shown is optimized to remain within a token-based character limit.

Each summary includes an option to view more information when needed. Technicians can tap “Tell Me More” to access the full visit details.

Mobile Timesheet Navigation Improvements

We’ve made it faster and easier to manage your timesheets with the latest mobile update!

  • Default to Today’s Timesheet
When you tap Timesheets, you’ll now land on today’s date, not the earliest unsubmitted one. No more endless scrolling or adjusting dates!

  • New Action Banner
If you have any unsubmitted, reopened, or disputed timesheets, you’ll see a blue banner at the top.
Tapping the banner takes you to a new Pending Timesheets screen showing grouped dates with timesheets that need your attention.

Improved Auto Time Tracking

What's New: We’ve made major improvements to Automatic Time Tracking in the mobile app to help technicians manage time more confidently and avoid confusion or missing entries. It’s now easier for techs to track time accurately—with clearer warnings, options to reopen submitted time, and smart checks that help prevent missing or incorrect entries.

  • Clearer Submission Warnings
Technicians will now see a warning before submitting time, letting them know their timesheet will be locked. When submitting at the day level, they’ll have three options:

    • Submit all timesheet, including in-progress entries.

    • Submit only completed events.

    • Cancel submission and wait.

When submitting from a specific incomplete event, they’ll be warned and given two options:

  • Submit timesheet

  • Cancel submission and wait

  • Smarter Reopen Timesheet Workflow
If time is submitted too early, technicians can now reopen their timesheet when taking new actions—preventing lost entries.

⚠️ Notes:

  • This is for Auto-time tracking users only

  • To ensure the best results with Auto Time Tracking, we highly advise avoiding these mobile settings:

    • Mobile Settings > Gated Workflows > Setting Timesheets to be ‘Required’

    • Mobile Settings > Visit Report > Show Submitted Hours

    • Mobile Settings > Visit Report > Show Submitted Hours > Require Time Sheets Submission Before Collecting Customer Signature

These settings may interfere with auto time tracking by forcing technicians to submit time before an event is completed.
