What’s new: Smart Recap helps your team pick up where the last tech left off—without wasting time tracking down what happened. Powered by OpsAI, it pulls helpful notes from past visits and jobs so techs know what’s been done and what to do next. No digging through old summaries, no calling the office. Just open the Visit or Job and it’s there. Heads up: You’ll need cell service or Wi-Fi to use it.

What’s new: We’ve made a few mobile updates to help techs in the know and out of busywork.
Mobile alerts now include more than just Visits, so techs don’t miss important updates.
Tapping a Project Visit notification now opens the Project Visit, getting your team to their job details faster.
The sync indicator now only shows when syncing information from the field, not when the office makes changes.
Search now lets your tech pick a category first, or skip it and just search. It works the same across Bills, Projects, Purchase Reqs, Quotes, and Visits.

What’s new: To avoid billing issues, techs can no longer create new Jobs or Visits for customers on credit hold. This update brings the field in line with what’s already enforced for office users so no extra work gets added where it shouldn’t.
