Why is a technician unable to upload an image on the mobile app?
In this situation, you should first check your device's settings and permissions.
Go to Settings.
Then find the app settings for BuildOps.
In the permissions section, make sure that the Builops app has permission or access to your camera, microphone and gallery.
To resolve it, please ask your technicians to allow microphone access for the BuildOps app on their devices.
Below are the steps for both Android and iOS:
iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap BuildOps
Enable Microphone
Make sure the toggle is switched ON
Alternative path:
Go to Settings
Tap Privacy & Security
Tap Microphone
Find BuildOps in the list and toggle the switch ON
Android
Open Settings
Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications)
Find and tap BuildOps
Tap Permissions
Select Microphone
Choose Allow
If you adjusted BuildOps permissions, retry uploading images in the app.
