Smart Job and Visit Recap for Technicians
Accessing historical job information previously required technicians to manually open and review each past visit.
With this update, Technicians using the mobile app can now view summarized details from previous visits directly within the Job and Visit screens.
This provides immediate context to support faster and more informed decision-making while in the field.
On the Visit screen, the most recent prior visit is displayed by default.
On the Job screen, a summary of multiple previous visits is provided. The number of visits shown is optimized to remain within a token-based character limit.

Each summary includes an option to view more information when needed. Technicians can tap “Tell Me More” to access the full visit details.
Smart Recap for Assets
See a quick, AI-generated summary of an asset’s work history right on the Asset Details page. Smart Recap helps technicians get up to speed fast without needing to dig through past records.
This makes it easier for technicians to:
Review key details about jobs and visits linked to an asset.
Catch up quickly before the next service.
Focus on the work at hand instead of searching through old notes.
Smart Recap for Daily Reports
We’ve added Smart Recap for Daily Reports to help you quickly understand what’s been happening on your projects even without opening each individual report.
Smart Recap automatically reviews your latest Daily Reports and generates a summary of key updates such as completed work, materials used, and notes from your team. This gives you a clear overview of project progress and saves time when tracking day-to-day activities.
You’ll find Smart Recap at the top of the Daily Reports page within a project.
From there, you can see highlights from recent reports or even ask questions like “What work was completed yesterday?” to get instant answers based on your own report data.
This update helps you stay informed and focus on managing your projects efficiently without needing to dig through multiple reports.
Smart Recap Improvements
Smart Recap gets two meaningful updates - a new way to give feedback on AI-generated summaries, and fixes for two specific cases where the recap wasn't pulling in the right information.

Every Smart Recap response now includes a thumbs up / thumbs down control. Tapping either one takes just a second and helps the system learn what kinds of summaries are actually useful in the field. Over time, this feedback will be used to improve the quality and relevance of recaps across the app. You'll find the feedback control anywhere Smart Recap appears - on Projects, Properties, Quotes, Assets, and the day-at-a-glance summary on your main visit page.
