Why is a past visit not visible on the Mobile app?
When a Technician is trying to see a past visit that they either completed or were assigned to, but not able to locate the event,
This is due to one of 2 reasons:
The Past Visits section displays visits based on the number of days set in your account. If past visits are missing, it may be due to a limited display setting for scheduled visits. Check with Customer Support to confirm if your account’s setting is restricting the number of past visits shown.
The visit is within the last 7 days, but no action was taken to it. This is considered a "missed" visit, so we would not display it as one of your recently completed visits. Communicate with the office on marking this as complete if you need to refer back to it/fill out the info
