BuildOps Support Access
Access Support via the help icon on the top main menu bar of the platform
What's new: The floating green Support icon has been removed and you can now access Support conversations, tickets, and Help Desk articles from the ❓button in the top menu bar
Dispatch Board
“Release to Techs” button now respects the filters applied to the dispatch board
What’s new: We've made the Release to Techs button even smarter! Now, you can confidently release visits only to the technicians you see on the dispatch board—no surprises or second guessing. The new split-button design keeps the familiar "release to all techs" option handy, while the default action focuses on precision. This means you can move faster and dispatch more accurately, especially when using filters.
How it works:
When dispatching, you'll now see a split-button for releasing visits:
Primary Action: Release to Filtered Techs — releases visits only to the technicians currently visible on the dispatch board.
Secondary Action (dropdown): Release to All Techs — if you still want to send visits to every technician.
This update fits seamlessly into your current workflow — no new setup or configuration needed!

NetSuite Integration
Default, Add, Update and Remove PO Receipt Association on Bills
What’s new: For customers using NetSuite, BuildOps now automatically defaults the PO Receipt value on the Bill record if there's only one PO Receipt linked to the Purchase Order (PO).
If there’s no PO Receipt or more than one, no default will apply — but don’t worry! You can now manually add, edit, or remove a PO Receipt value on the Bill as needed.
This update promotes a smoother review process between Receipts and Bills and helps improve reporting accuracy.
How it works:
If only one PO Receipt exists for the PO: BuildOps automatically sets it on the Bill.
If multiple or no PO Receipts exist: You can manually select the correct PO Receipt when editing the Bill.
To add or change the PO Receipt:
Open the Bill and click Edit.
On the left side, find the PO Receipt field.
Click the drop-down and select from the available PO Receipts tied to the PO.
Save the Bill.
Note: These updates are optional and won’t affect your existing workflows if you choose not to make any changes.
